The Tiny Library
Community Art Collaborative, The Herring Pond Wampanoag Tribe, and the Plymouth Public Library have collaborated to create a unique, functional sculpture! This tiny library is fitted with a book, seed, and food exchange.

Honeycomb Window Clings
Our Honeycomb Window Clings are heat-pressed, temporary displays of community art that can be placed on windows, walls, or other vertical surfaces.
They can be as small as 6” up to 26” in diameter. They are perfect for individual displays or larger collages. And make for an easy application, affordable project!

The Honeycomb Shadow Box
Our honeycomb art lends itself to the 3-dimensional form. CAC’s Shadow Box Program facilitates the creation of wooden shadow boxes.
The shadow boxes are lovely in public gardens, community landscapes, and large indoor atriums or lobbies.
The art within the shadow boxes is the result of CAC artist-led, workshops in collaboration with sponsoring community services and local organizations.
We recommend The Honeycomb Shadow Box Program’s sculptures for medium-sized organizations and projects.

The HIVE
The HIVE involves the creation of an outdoor permanent installation.
CAC co-creates a large honeycomb-themed metal or composite sculpture that embodies a chosen theme of the collective.
The finished project is comprised of individual images or contributions from community members and is designed to show what we can accomplish when we support one another.
Due to the scale of these installations, they’re often best suited for larger spaces and institutions that are looking to encages their community with a physical artifact.

The HIVE Panel
The HIVE Panel combines some of the best elements from all of our offerings. With this program, community art is preserved and displayed in a towering two dimensional metal panels.
Best displayed as a semi-permanent outdoor installation, the HIVE Panel is a striking way to display community art.

In Production: Plymouth, We're In This Together
“Let America’s Hometown inspire our collective resolve”
Our objective: A multi-part public art program offering an avenue for community outreach. We aim to create a healing outlet for local individuals and families.
Next steps? Collaborate with the community to choose our next project! Our goal is to broaden community-based dialogue through public art. And we are focused on bringing together the local Plymouth diaspora to help!
How it works

The Blueprint
Each project produces a unique piece reflecting a collaborative effort from all involved. This process begins first by developing a consensus around the scope of the project including the number of participants, budget, and desired themes around content.
Once this is established, our artists and educators would then create a custom program that combines our artistic practices with your educational and cultural objectives.
Thirdly, a CAC facilitator will guide you and your group towards a collective artistic expression. These individual artifacts or contributions will ultimately serve as building blocks for a CAC signature display.
Lastly, CAC will lead the display's design, creation, and installation.
